Review:

Due to its inclusion of vermouth, this Neo Martini is more befitting the 'Martini' moniker than a standard Breakfast Martini. The name also pays homage to Harry Craddock's Marmalade Cocktail, which inspired this recipe. (And, a proper English breakfast should always be served with an egg. or at least an egg white!)

Having this for breakfast is just an utter delight. Truly luxuriant with the richness of orange marmalade and Curacao (did it with both Marie Brizard and Ferrand, the latter being a little more balanced) alongside subtle botanical interaction of the gin and white vermouth.

Lovely. I was tempted to add Campari a la Hawksmoor but didn’t. Nice bitter marmalade flavour shines through

A sumptuous cocktail. We did a version that substituted Cognac for the Gin, de Kuyper Triple Sec for the Orange Curacao and our own apricot and lavender jam for the marmalade. It stood up very well to our Sunday late morning full English breakfast.

Oh Yes, this was superb!
I made it in the Nutribullet to whizz up the marmalade.
Didn't use egg white, so maybe not as attractive.
Would be nice topped up with prosecco.
