As the name suggests, The Business is a riff on a classic Bee's Knees with lime juice. It's snappier with lime instead of lemon juice.
Adapted from a recipe created by Sasha Petraske at his famous Milk & Honey bar in Manhattan, New York City, USA.
The Business features in Georgette Moger-Petraske's 2016 Sasha Petraske Regarding Cocktails.
