Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
1 12 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
1 12 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of apple wedge .
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Just made this three times, with three different iterations... Don't substitute apple brandy and/or real grenadine for the call ingredients, because they were astonishingly subpar compared to white rum and cane syrup... Still, it's a worthy conception in need of fine refinement.

Great for afternoon. Apricot and apple taste are subtle. Could possibly make with a darker rum if you want more rum flavour. Could also do a 151 float for the daring.
