How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac |
1/2 fl oz | Averna Amaro |
1/6 fl oz | Giffard Fraise des Bois liqueur |
1/6 fl oz | Lavender sugar syrup |
1/3 fl oz | Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) |
4 drop | Bob's Lavender Bitters |
