Ingredients:
1 12 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
1 oz Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
1 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
2 barspoon Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of square of chocolate and popcorn.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with chocolate and popcorn.

Oh man... the recipe specs aren't bad I suppose. The fore of the taste is sherry-forward and, if you're accustomed to sherry, it's not too shabby. Wasn't sweet enough in that fore, but it catches up in the aft. I feel like this would work better with a rounder, more 'tropical' white rum... I did not make this with the garnish. But I will in the event I decide to make this again... Used Gold Nugget orange juice. Very intensely orange.
