Starts a bit sweet but then quickly balances and finishes with peach and orange flavors. Wondering if Orange bitters may help with the initial sweetness.

Unfortunately I found this too sweet to be refreshing. Next time I’m going to try it with some lemon or use that Gordon’s peach gin someone gave me in place of the schnapps.

Wonderful summer afternoon cocktail. Served with some cheese and fresh white peaches. Perfect balance and not too sweet.

I made this with Tanqueray Rangpur gin and natural grenadine from Liber & Co. Very refreshing.
