Ingredients:
1 12 oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry
1 12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
14 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Quite floral with just the right amount of dryness. Used tio Pepe fino sherry, celery notes of which are still shining through brightly. I found the orange notes pairing exceptionally well with the grape juiciness that the wines provided.

Nice! The triple sec and orange bitters really freshen the sherry/vermouth combo and add a subtle sweetness and florality.
