How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with sparkling wine.
1 1/2 fl oz | Bourbon whiskey |
1/2 fl oz | Strucchi Red Bitter Liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Ramazzotti amaro |
1/4 fl oz | Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
1 fl oz | Brut champagne or sparkling wine |
Review:
Deliciously bittersweet with zesty orange and enlivened by sparkling wine. If you like Negronis then you should try this aperitivo.
