How to make:

SHAKE first four ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. FLOAT cream over drink.

1 fl oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
12 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
12 fl oz Pasteurised egg white
