How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

| 1/2 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
Review:
I've seen the same cocktail with equal parts amaretto, cherry brandy and vermouth but's a recipe for an overly sweet cocktail – even for a dessert cocktail. If you're after a less alcoholic dessert then omit the brandy from my recipe, but surely every dessert benefits from a splash of brandy?
