fl oz White overproof rum
¾ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
3 fl oz Chilled water

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish:

Orange slice & cherry on stick (sail)

In Jamaica, the spiritual home of the Rum Punch, they like their rum overproof (more than 57% alc./vol.) and serving over crushed ice dilutes and tames this very strong spirit.
