How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare orange zest for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Express orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
Ingredients:
2/3 fl oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
1/3 fl oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
1/3 fl oz Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc)
1/3 fl oz Orange Curaçao liqueur
1/6 fl oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar:1 water)
