How to make:
SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass (without ice). TOP with soda to create frothy head.

|3/4 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|5/12 fl oz||Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)|
|Top up with||Thomas Henry Soda Water|
Everyone has heard of this clean, refreshing, long drink but few have actually tried it.
With the addition of egg white this drink becomes a Silver Fizz; with egg yolk it becomes a Golden Fizz. A Royal Fizz includes one whole egg, a Diamond Fizz uses champagne instead of carbonated water, a Green Fizz has a dash of green crème de menthe and a Purple Fizz uses equal parts of sloe gin and grapefruit juice in place of gin and lemon juice.
