Fresh, juicy cucumber and elderflower with Irish whiskey and zesty lemon.
Adapted from a recipe created by Jack McGarry at The Dead Rabbit, New York City, USA, this is an Irish-whiskey-based riff on Sam Ross' Kentucky Maid cocktail which is considered a contemporary classic.

We have made it with Jameson as well as Bushmills and both whiskeys worked well.
