How to make:
STIR first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with tonic water and briefly stir.

History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2018 by Alex Godfrey at Milk Thistle in Bristol, England.
Originally based on Chivas 12 Year Old Scotch with Somerset Cider cordial rather than calvados, this cocktail won the 2018 Chivas Masters Competition in London.
