Bater o Dry Martini em vez de mexer amplifica as notas do vermute, o que significa que o Martini batido precisa de menos vermute. Depois de fazer testes, eu (este autor) concluí que esta proporção de 10 gin para 1 vermute é perfeita (tratando-se do Martini mexido, prefito a 5:1 ratio for a stirred Martini).
