1 12 oz Cockburn's White Heights Port
3 oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.
  3. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. Briefly STIR.
  5. Garnish with orange slice.

This is a classic, especially in hot weather! A delicious and long low abv drink over ice - very refreshing. Slightly sweet, not cloying - a bit like a mildly sweet apple juice. Great to serve summertime dinner guests!

I know what you mean by the mildly sweet apple juice flavour, but the drink still has enough 'cocktail character'. I would drink this if I wanted something light on a hot day
