1 oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄3 oz | Strucchi Rosso Vermouth |
1⁄3 oz | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
1⁄6 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
3 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |

ORANGE BLOSSOM COCKTAIL.

2½ Glasses of Gin.
2 Glasses of French Vermouth.
1 Glass of Italian Vermouth.
Steep in this mixture the finely-grated rind of 1 orange (carefully removing all the white pith). Let it soak for one or two hours. Then add ice and shake. Rinse out the glasses with Orange Bitters.
