Agree with the others saying swap the lemon and frangelico, may even kick the lemon down a smidge more next time. Sesame oil and frangelico are a match made in heaven, makes me want to add a little sesame oil to some other frangelico based drinks.

I would also increase frangelico to 22.5ml. It was a bit sour for my taste.

I flipped the amounts of lemon and frangelico and found it brought out the sesame perfectly!

Should I use light sesame oil, or dark/toasted sesame oil?

I'd use what you have, but if buying, then the toasted.

Too lazy to make a batch of honey syrup so used 10ml of sugar syrup in its place and still ended up with a fantastically well balanced and surprisingly subtle sour. Excellent.

I really loved this cocktail. I never imagined how delicious sesame oil could be in a drink ?.
