Prepare
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- RIM glass with salt (moisten outside edge with lime juice and dip into salt).
- Prepare garnish of half a fresh passion fruit.
Method
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- Garnish with passion fruit half floated on surface.
