Delicate, floral aperitif, lovely to sip very cold. I’d consider shorting the maraschino, but that’s just my preference for something a little less sweet. I used a dry, unoaked Chardonnay and it worked well in this recipe.

Very nice. the eau-de-vie adds a nice touch and the Maraschino adds a touch of cherry and some sweetness. Very easy to drink. Would be perfect as an afternoon or evening sipper.

Nice! I dialled the Pear William and Maraschino down to 10ml to give myself a low alcohol version of something like a Gin Blossom Martini.
