Ingredients:
1 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
1 oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
1 oz Americano bianco
1 dash Angostura Cocoa Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I quite enjoyed it. Came off sweeter than the 8, would not say it tends toward dry. Not unexpected, given the elements.
