Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Bourbon whiskey
12 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
12 oz Pecan liqueur
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I love the Praline Liqueur. It is great over vanilla ice cream, but this was a notch above that dessert. The bourbon adds a great kick and it is a perfect after-dinner or evening sipping cocktail. I think this would be great over vanilla ice cream also. Or perhaps add a bit of single cream to make it taste like the ice cream dessert. On my favourites.
Will try with the cream next time. Maybe with a bit of freshly grated nutmeg.
