Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:

1 oz	Absolut Vanilia Vodka
1⁄2 oz	Heering Cherry Liqueur
1⁄2 oz	Dutch Cacao white crème de cacao
1 oz	Single cream/half-and-half
1⁄3 oz	Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer optional

How to make:

1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
2. Prepare garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
4. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
6. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
