2 slice Chilli
fl oz Del Maguey VIDA de San Luis del Rio 100% agave blanco mezcal
½ fl oz Triple sec liqueur (infused with Earl Grey tea)
fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 dash Angostura Orange Bitters
¼ fl oz AquaRiva Organic Agave Syrup

How to make:

MUDDLE chillies in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

Lemon zest twist

Comment:

A refreshing riff on a Mezcal Margarita with enlivening chilli heat.
