How to make:

MUDDLE chilli and coriander/cilantro in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

1 slice Jalapeño or Fresno chilli pepper
3 sprig Coriander (cilantro) leaves
2 fl oz Patrón Reposado tequila
12 fl oz Agave syrup
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
