How to make:

MUDDLE chilli and coriander/cilantro in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

1 slice Red jalapeño/fresno chili (10,000 SHU) deseeded & chopped
3 sprig Coriander / cilantro leaves
2 fl oz Patrón Reposado tequila
1/2 fl oz Agave syrup
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
