Lime zest twist (discarded) & rest celery stick across rim with a light dusting of celery salt
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
|1 2/3 fl oz||Rutte Celery Dry Gin|
|1/3 fl oz||Bigallet Genepi Grand Tetras|
|5/6 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Celery saccharum (celery syrup)|
|1/2 fl oz||Pasteurised egg white|
|1 dash||Celery bitters|
