Old-fashioned glass

Garnish:

Lime zest twist (discarded) & rest celery stick across rim with a light dusting of celery salt

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

1 2/3 fl oz Rutte Celery Dry Gin
1/3 fl oz Bigallet Genepi Grand Tetras
5/6 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Celery saccharum (celery syrup)
1/2 fl oz Pasteurised egg white
1 dash Celery bitters
