Ingredients:
1 12 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 oz Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake
12 oz Ginger liqueur
4 drop Bob's Ginger Bitters
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (discarded) & garnish with skewered candied ginger.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

I was skeptical before trying it but, wow, is this good. I used Wild Turkey 101, Gekkeikan sake, Domaine De Canton. Top notch concept. (8 Dec 2023, 3:54p)
