Delicious After 8 vibes and so simple to whip up. I’ve tried it shaken and stirred. I prefer it stirred.

I really like a stinger for an after-dinner cocktail. This was one of the best as I like the clear colour of the cocktail. It has a wonderful chocolate mint flavour, and is perfect after a long day.
