How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Del Maguey VIDA mezcal|
|3/4 fl oz||Triple sec liqueur (40%)|
|3/4 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/6 fl oz||Agave syrup|
|8 drop||Difford's Margarita Bitters (optional)|
A smokin' Margarita. Depending on your palate, you many want to vary the amount of agave syrup – from 2.5ml or even no agave syrup for dry palates to as much as 7.5ml for sweeter palates.
Served straight-up in a coupe.
