Review:

Being slightly dilute, faintly sweet, and topped with a thin foam are all essential components of a really good Trashy Margarita. This has all the good characteristics of a powdered sour-mix margarita but with fresh ingredients.

(There's no need to dry shake this cocktail as the egg white is included to round and add mouthfeel rather than to create a thick, frothy head. A good 'wet' shake should create enough foam.)

Created in February 2023 by yours truly at the suggestion of Hunter Newsome, a fellow Discerning Drinker, commenting on our Margarita on-the-rocks page. As Hunter says, "I do think there is something to be said for the 'sports bar/backyard barbeque' Margarita that we all know or hate." "Essentially tequila limeade or tequila punch."

This is exactly what it claims to be with good ingredients. Reminds me of the margarita packages mixes my father would use in the 1970s. Very retro.
