Blood orange slice
A classic Negroni consists of equal parts gin, Italian red bitters and sweet vermouth garnished with an orange slice. When in season, a splash of blood orange juice adds a refreshing citrusy tang.
Made by yours truly (Simon Difford) February 2014 at the Cabinet Room, London England. (Although I'm sure someone came up with this combo years before.)
