How to make:

SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. Top with a splash of tonic water.

1 fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
12 fl oz Del Maguey VIDA mezcal
12 fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
14 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
34 fl oz Triple sec liqueur
16 fl oz Monin Lavender sugar syrup
12 fl oz Tonic water

Comment:

This drink combines the fever quenching G&T with medicinal lavender and flavoursome mezcal from the Mexican territories where us Brits are susceptible to fever… bom, bom, bom… give me fever. What a lovely way to burn.
