Half cherry tomato & small basil sprig on rim

How to make:

MUDDLE tomato in base of shaker and then muddle basil leaves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 fresh Cherry tomato (chopped)
4 fresh Basil leaves
1 23 fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum
56 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
56 fl oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
16 fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup
