This cocktail harnesses the flavour of Strega in an after-dinner cocktail and as its creator says, the sugar rim "brings out the tartness in the drink."
History:
Created in 2020 by Eran Guter, "cocktail enthusiast from Haifa, Israel" who says, "It is a distant relative of Sam Ross' Paper Plane, with a very different, complex and bright flavor profile, which showcases the Strega yet in perfect harmony with the other ingredients. I named the cocktail Witches' Flight after the magnificent painting by Francisco Goya."
