Lemon zest twist
How to make:
RINSE chilled glass with absinthe and set to one side. SHAKE other ingredients with ice and fine strain into absinthe-rinsed glass.
|1/12 fl oz||La Fée Parisienne absinthe|
|3/4 fl oz||Rutte Dry Gin|
|3/4 fl oz||Triple sec liqueur (40%)|
|3/4 fl oz||St-Germain elderflower liqueur|
|3/4 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
Elderflower liqueur replaces aromatised wine in this riff on a classic Corpse Reviver No.2, hence the bitter oils from the lemon zest twist are crucial to the balance of this aromatic floral and citrusy cocktail.
