A float of Kirsch eau-de-vie adds wonderfully fruity aromatics to an otherwise classic Natural Daiquiri.
This version of a classic Daiquiri was discovered in 2011 by Joerg Meyer within the pages of the 1948 edition of the Cuban Cantinero bartender's own journal El Arte del Cantinero Los Vinos Y Los Licores. However, the cocktail was first published in the 1930 edition of the Cuban book, Club de Cantineros de la Republica de Cuba Manual Oficial.
