A gin-based riff on the Hemingway Daiquiri with delicate bittersweetness influencing the sweet 'n' sour balance. Light and refreshing – perfect for summer.

Oh wow this is good..and I say this in winter, when I usually don't like gin-based cocktails

Very interesting. Next time I'll put a little more lime and a little more sugar sirup (maybe 2/3 oz and 1/2 oz respectively?), as the grapefruit was maybe too present to my taste. Rated 4,5/5.

Excellent cocktail! Rinse the glass beforehand with Green Chartreuse and it’s pretty much a Gypsy Eyes (also excellent).

a bit too drinkable...used Compari instead of Aperol...no sugar....and upped Gin to 2 oz for more spirit forward experience
