How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
2/3 fl oz | Cherry Heering cherry brandy liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Dry vermouth |
2 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |

Review:
Rich cherry is balanced by botanically complex dry gin and citrus freshness, and further dried and deepened by vermouth.
History:
Created in 2005 by yours truly in London, England. Originally based on citrus vodka, I amended this cocktail to be gin-based in May 2020 after the creation of my vodka-based Cherry Fruitini.
