Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 barspoon Apricot jam (preserve)
1 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Apricot slice

How to make:

STIR apricot preserve with vodka until preserve dissolves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

I tried to use pomegranate juice without sugar syrup. Not great result.

Used 15ml apricot brandy instead of jam and removed the sugar syrup - it was delicious!

Yes indeed, a bit on the sweet side, with the tartness of the cranberries less pronounced. I think maybe the spoon was too full of jam, and it's sweet, being of the Tiptree variety. I’ll use less jam the next time.

I found these proportions a bit on the sweet side but dial down the sugar syrup to 5ml and it’s much more sophisticated
