Ingredients:
2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1 barspoon Apricot jam (preserve)
1 fl oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
1/4 fl oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura

How to make:

STIR apricot preserve with vodka until preserve dissolves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

History:

A riff on the classic Cosmopolitan cocktail created in 2004 at Aura Kitchen & Bar in London, England.
