1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
34 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass

Move over dry martinis - Flavour is back! Used a vermouth Di Torino and Dolin dry. Even with cheap Aldi gin there was plenty of flavour here. Orange twist was a perfect match

I’m adding this one to my rotation for martinis. Overall nicely balanced and the orange zest is a great addition that adds to the experience.

Quite nice, shaken as per Simon’s recommendation. Gin is well balanced by the vermouth. Much less boozy tasting than a regular Martini.
