1/3 fl oz | Difford's Falernum liqueur |
2/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Cranberry juice (sweetened) |
4 drop | Difford's Margarita Bitters |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of orange twist, rosemary sprig and dried with cranberries, or dehydrated orange slice wheel.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Express orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- Garnish with rosemary sprig spiked with dried cranberries, or float a dehydrated orange slice.

Christmas Margarita (2011 recipe)
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Orange Zest twist
Method: SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
45ml / 1½oz Reposado tequila
45ml / 1½oz Cranberry juice
15ml / ½oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
15ml / ½oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
