How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

| 1/2 fl oz | Blended Scotch whisky |
| 3/4 fl oz | Disaronno amaretto |
| 1/4 fl oz | Caisteal Chamuis peated scotch whisky |
Review:
A quartet of whiskies: bourbon, rye, blended Scotch and Islay single malt, stirred with, and lightly sweetened and flavoured by amaretto liqueur. The result is a complex, balanced and lightly nutty after-dinner cocktail. If you like this, then also consider a Madurised Almond Old Fashioned.
