How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 fl oz||Pineapple rum|
|1 fl oz||Bacardi 8 year old rum|
|1 fl oz||Pineapple juice (fresh pressed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/3 fl oz||Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur|
|1/3 fl oz||Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)|
|4 drop||Difford's Daiquiri Bitters|
Tangy pineapple fruit laced with characterful rums. Yumm!
