How to make:
SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass pre-charged with prosecco.
|2 fl oz||Martinique V.S.O.P rum|
|1 fl oz||Averna Amaro|
|1/4 fl oz||Pimento dram liqueur|
|3/4 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/4 fl oz||Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)|
|1 1/2 fl oz||Prosecco sparkling wine|
We do like a pun and this one is a particularly tasty aperitivo.
