1 oz Bourbon whiskey
12 oz Americano bianco
14 oz Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

A subtle and elegant cocktail, beautifully balanced. Don't be tempted to up the Bourbon, as we did...it will ruin the harmony.

I followed your advice and…bravo! The balance is perfect as written. The alchemy between the Americano and Benedictine is wonderful.
