Ingredients:
1 1/2 fl oz Ketel One Oranje Vodka
1/2 fl oz Dark crème de cacao liqueur
1/2 fl oz Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
1 fl oz Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot)
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) (optional)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of quarter orange wheel slice or dehydrated orange wheel slice.
  3. Prepare garnish of quarter orange slice wheel or dehydrated orange slice wheel.
  4. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with quarter orange slice on rim or float dehydrated orange slice.

As the name suggests, an orange and chocolate flavoured Vodka Espresso.

History:

In November 2020 I came across a few chocolate and orange riffs on Dick Bradsell's classic Espresso Martini. This is mine.
