How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice or large cube).
|1 2/3 fl oz||Del Maguey VIDA mezcal|
|1 2/3 fl oz||Noilly Prat Extra Dry|
|4 drop||Difford's Margarita Bitters|
With gin, my go-to stirred Dry Martini recipe is five-to-one, but that's way too-much when using mezcal – a Fifty-Fifty Martini is more befitting. Rather than straight-up, I also prefer my Mezcal Martinis on-the-rock(s).
