Orange zest twist
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).
|2 fl oz||Montenegro amaro|
|1 fl oz||Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky|
|1/3 fl oz||Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur|
|2 drop||Difford's Saline Solution (or ½ pinch salt)|
Two parts amaro to 1 part Islay single malt is a boundary-pushing recipe but with a splash of banana liqueur, the resulting cocktail is balanced and tasty.
