1⁄2 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
0.04 oz | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
1 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
1⁄4 oz | Chilled water omit if using wet ice |
A delicate and cleansing lemon Daiquiri subtly infused with absinthe.

3 Glasses Sweetened Lemon Juice.
1 Dash Absinthe Bitters.
A little Nutmeg, grated.
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
